The Help Desk service provides user support for generic issues related to operating systems, Office Automation applications, e-mail, the Internet in general and specific business applications. IT.COR is able to offer a complete service, which can complement or completely replace the dedicated IT structure of the customer. The Help Desk activities are managed through In-bound and Out-bound calls, email and web-interface.
We have technologies, skills and experience to manage a complete solution that provides both remote and on-site assistance. Our offer includes dedicated facilities (Dedicated Service Desk), with the provision of “green number” or email to the opening of the interventions, ticketing system and calls queue monitoring. We can provide I, II and III level support, with technicians that are certified on the most widespread information technologies.
