System Integration

We support our clients in the management process of their complex information systems, supporting them in the design or implementation of customized applications, in the integration of new or pre-existing hardware, analyzing the predefined or customized software and also coordinating all communication processes.

We have specific skills in the main architectural and application domains and on the most widespread technological platforms on the IT market. If it is necessary to operate on niche systems, we make use of a tested network of certified partners, to cover the specific needs that arise in the entire process of creating orders.

We are therefore able to be the only Focal Point of particularly complex activities, which provide for the activation and integration of various expertise, technical or logistic services, processes that involve different players and require the organization and a chain of control of the various subjects / entities concerned.

For example, we propose ourselves for the management of projects that include both the higher parts of the software chain (feasibility study, requirements analysis, architecture design) up to the actual implementation of the service, including – if necessary – the aspects logistics and terminal construction: from the design of a Data Center to the final implementation of cabling and patching, from the organization of a new DataRoom/CED up to the physical transfer of the machines, from the creation of an asset management up to the management of the final rollout.

As mentioned, if in these complex orders there are activities not directly carried out with our resources, we are at the Client’s side to coordinate the interventions of partners proposed by us or trusted by him: we become the single interlocutor for the management of all problematic.

An essential prerogative, supporting the entire order cycle, is our independence from the Vendors: the best solutions to the needs submitted to us will be “no brand oriented” (including creations with freeware platforms), but will benefit – in the case of specific choices of the Customer – of the numerous and advantageous commercial agreements that we have with the main distributors: definition of costs and choice of products for Hardware and Licensing supplies will always take place with the best market conditions.
